THE BIG GAME

Venue: Nelson Cricket Club, Seedhill Ground, Surrey Road, Nelson, Lancashire, BB97TY

The Big Game, is a series of games and sports related performances at the Nelson Cricket Club.

At the Institute, young producers have invented seven new exciting games, from races to ball sports and will host several youth groups throughout Lancashire to come play for exciting awards and prizes. The young producers will announce, ref, document and play in these games. As well they will christen their new Goth inspired team identity, the Nelson Institute Bunny Huggers, replete with newly designed logo and uniforms. Using their theatre training they have created several sports characters which they will perform throughout the event. To top it off, they have choreographed an introductory performance and a half time samba band routine. In short, this will be the sporting event of the season!
