The Big Game is a sporting event, and a work of art. Participants will add to this work; people will play, people will compete and express themselves. An alternative torch relay, new games, costumes, maybe even mascots, goal celebrations, and dances will all be created. People will possibly do things never done before on a sporting ground. There will be collaboration with others, people hurtling themselves forward in their own madness, into one gigantic performance, to make the Big Game a most grand spectacle for the senses. The Big Game will not go down in sporting history, so it is worth your while to see this event!
Teams are already registered, but you can still come and take part in some of the games, or simply come along to spectate – you won’t regret it!
The Big Game is officially part of the 2011 Olympic Open Weekend.
